Memento Mori Radio

A Memento Mori Egyesület bő másfél évtizede működik egy kis létszámű baráti társaság kifejezési eszközeként. Underground koncertek, kiállítások, előadások szervezése mellett kiadványok szerkesztése, az állatvédelem és számos ügy felkarolója. A Lahmacun közösségi hangtérben elhelyezkedve műsorsávban igyekszünk a földalatti zenén túl izgalmas - hozzánk közel álló - kérdéseket körbejárni, felfejteni. Nevünkhöz hűen a tanatológia témakörét bátran vállaljuk-tálaljuk, de a művészet és a természet hozzánk legközelebb álló területei is terítékre kerülnek, beszélgetések és interjúk formájában.

2021-ben debütált a Mixcloudon a Memento Mori Radio. Hangfolyamok gyűjteménye ez, leképezve azt a zenei világot, amit a http://Gothic.hu , http://Deathrock.hu és a http://Neo-folk.hu zenei online magazinjaink képviselnek. Az ott megjelenő zenekari recenziók alapján, az egykor működtetett zenés klubok (Nekromantika, Frontvonal, Akna!, Batcave) repertoárján és az egyesületi Haláltánc dj-szettek hangulatából válogatva hallgatható mixek ezek. Elsősorban a zenei újdonságokra koncentrálok szerkesztőként. A Lahmacunon megszólaló egyesületi hangunk zenei elő- és hátteréhez ebből merítek majd talpalávaló erőt. Ut audiam mortem!

The Memento Mori Society has been operating for more than a decade and a half as a means of expression for a small group of friends. In addition to organizing underground concerts, exhibitions, and lectures, it is also involved in editing publications, animal protection, and supporting various causes. Located within the Lahmacun community sound space, we strive to explore and unravel exciting questions beyond underground music that resonate with us. True to our name, we boldly embrace and present the theme of thanatology, but also delve into areas of art and nature that are closest to us, through discussions and interviews.

In 2021, Memento Mori Radio debuted on Mixcloud. This is a collection of sound streams reflecting the musical world represented by our online music magazines, http://Gothic.hu , http://Deathrock.hu , and http://Neo-folk.hu . Based on the band reviews featured on these platforms, as well as the repertoires of once-active music clubs (Nekromantika, Frontvonal, Akna!, Batcave) and the atmosphere of the society's Haláltánc DJ sets, these mixes offer a curated listening experience. As an editor, I primarily focus on musical novelties. I draw inspiration and foundational strength for the musical foreground and background of our society's voice, heard on Lahmacun, from this collection. Ut audiam mortem!
